Shipping policy

Orders received before 11:00 CET will be processed and expedited the same day provided that the products are in stock. Standard delivery time for stock items is 1-3 days, for non-stock items 5-10 days typically. 

The LAB eShop usually uses DHL or UPS as the primary delivery service providers. In urgent cases customers can select next day delivery. For express delivery we use UPS Worldwide Saver service. Customers can also use the My Shipper feature and use their own corporate shipping account for convenience and reduce shipping cost to a minimum. The LAB eShop will charge a small handling fee for this service.

Delivery will be carried out to the specified delivery address. The shipping company will make one attempt to deliver the goods to the specified delivery address (weekdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM). In the case delivery at the given delivery address is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the nearest distribution center for collection by the customer. For any package that has not been claimed and has therefore been automatically returned to The LAB eShop after a waiting period, a fee is charged separately to cover the transport and administrative costs. 

Shipping price includes transportation insurance and other handling costs. Shipments within the European Union (EU) are delivered duty paid. For export shipments outside of the EU, import duties and other charges may apply upon receipt at customs.
