  1. I would like to receive a quote for one of your products. How do I do?
    • Login to your account (or create a new one)
    • Place items in the shopping cart
    • To generate a quote click AutoQuote button

    AutoQuote allows you to easily generate and keep track of quotes. You can also generate an order from an active quote. Both Quotes and Orders are organized for you under the MyAccount page. For more detailed information about the AutoQuote process, please

  2. How do I change my address, password etc.?
    Log in and go to "My account". There you can set your new password, change you address and other account related information. Now you can also view all your requested quotes and placed orders.

  3. What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
    Your password will be sent to your e-mail automatically. Click on "Log in" and click then on the link "Have you forgotten your password?". Just fill in your e-mail and your password will be sent to your e-mail address. You can also contact The LAB eShop by sending an e-mail to customer@thelabeshop.com for more help or if you have problem receiving your password.

  4. What happens if my Internet connection is disconnected during check-out?
    If you Internet connection disconnects just before you has sent your order, then no order will be registered at The LAB eShop. Products in your shopping cart will be there until next time you log in and you can continue were you ended up last time. If you are unsure whether your order was sent or not, you can simply view your order history under "My account". Usually you should receive an order confirmation e-mail shortly after finishing your purchase on the web.

  5. How fast can you deliver?
    Delivery time within Europe, (EU countries) is usually 2-3 days for products in stock. When you place your order through our webshop, you will receive either an "Order delivery" or an "Order estimated delivery time" e-mail notifying you that your parcel has been shipped or when you should expect delivery. We can of course use Express delivery service for faster deliveries if the customer prefer so.

  6. Is it safe to use my credit card?
    All online credit card sales are kept secure by SSL technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions. We use the same credit card networks that retail stores use when you make a credit card purchase in person.

  7. How quickly will I receive a response to my e-mail?
    Our goal is to respond to your e-mail within 48 hours. For urgent cases please contact us by phone.

  8. What does warranty mean?
    Any warranty on a product sold in the Lab eShop is given by the manufacturer of that product. It is therefore the manufacturer’s responsibility to make sure that the product works according to its specification.

    The warranty covers faults that can be traced back to the factory and the actual manufacturing of the product.

    A fault covered by warranty is therefore a fault already existing at the time of manufacturing. In some cases a fault is detected the first time a product is being used, while in others repeated use might be the case before detection.
