The RAMCHECK LX DDR combines the powerful RAMCHECK LX base tester with the high-speed DDR Pro 184-pin adapter. Designed to help your bottom line, the RAMCHECK LX DDR memory tester features a powerful high-frequency test engine, modular design and proven test algorithms that give you the power to do superior memory testst at a surprisingly affordable price.
