The converter tests JEDEC-compliant DDR2 mini-DIMM modules, and uses an inexpensive production socket found on PC motherboards, not the heavy-duty Yamaichi test socket used on our other adapters. For companies that require volume testing, a 3-pack of mini-DIMM converters is available at a discount.
The RAMCHECK base tester automatically detects the miniDIMM converter and indicates "RAMCHECK DDR2 SERIES" during power on. The module's size, structure and type are are automatically detected. The test flow follows our standard Basic Test, Extensive Test, and Auto-Loop. Special training is not necessary.
Please note that you must have the DDR2 Adapter in order to use this converter.
