The Boundary Scan Test Development Station is available in SU- Single User, LAN- Network Campus and WAN- Network Worldwide Perpetual Licenses including 1 year maintenance. Also available are so called time-based licenses, LT-Limited Term License, of 90 days or 1 year, also including maintenance.
