- ScanWorks® Platform
Identify License Numbers
- Open the AUTHINFO.TXT file on your computer
- The license number is the 5-digit code preceded by a "#" (ex: #99999)
Request Authorizations
- Email a copy of the AUTHINFO.TXT file on your computer
- A license key will be generated and sent to the registered e-mail address.
Self-Service Licensing
- Install ScanWorks
- Open the Authorization Manager and connect to the ASSET web site service in the top right corner
- Enter the required information and receive a license via e-mail
